    About the event

A Sensitive Place is open to all emotions — not only the positive ones. Through movement, theatrical activities and visual arts we will explore how the body reacts to fear, what helps in moments of uncertainty and how to take a small step forward despite worries.

We invite you to jointly explore the role of emotions.

During the family workshops we will talk about courage and the emotions that arise during attempts when something is difficult or unknown, and also about how everyone can cope with them “in their own way”.

The workshops show that “I can do it” does not always mean success on the first try. Sometimes it’s worth trying again, taking a break or asking for support.

    • About the project:
    • A Sensitive Place is a project aimed at children aged 5+.
    • A space for conversations about emotions, openness, accessibility and the therapeutic role of literature.
    • Topics: disabilities, tolerance, differences, respect, building mental resilience.

Facilitator: Anna Machacz (Wrażlive Publishing) — author of children’s books; her publications address important topics and teach values such as friendship, tolerance and courage.
