Workshop "Tripsitting & Psychedelic Integration" 9th edition

We invite you to the 9th edition of workshops on psychedelic tripsitting and integration of psychedelic experiences. This practical training is aimed at mental health professionals and anyone seeking professional learning of the basics of working in altered states of consciousness.

We are currently experiencing a psychedelic renaissance — many people are interested in working with altered states of consciousness, but do not know how to use them therapeutically and safely. A lack of understanding of the idea of psychedelic integration as a key aspect of personal change is one of the main challenges.

As psychedelics are likely to become legalized around the world, great opportunities and challenges arise for psychotherapists, psychiatrists and other specialists. Hence the first step toward professionalizing work in altered states of consciousness.

Place and dates:

• Three-day training in Warsaw, at the Holipsyche Center at Pl. Lelewela 2.
• Date: 27.02–01.03.2026.

Scope and methodology:

• Workshops based on a holistic approach and a 7-dimensional paradigm of work in altered states of consciousness.
• Basics of the five mindfulness practices in the psychedelic process and the ethics of the psychedelic sitter.
• Discussion of legal issues related to psychedelic therapy in Poland and worldwide.
• Overview of S. Grof's consciousness positioning system and D. McQueen's 75/25 Practice.
• Holotropic tracking techniques ("moving toward wholeness, healing and awakening").
• The role of music, work with trauma and shadow — for both the traveler and the facilitator.
• Practical elements: preparing the space and oneself, session structure, facilitation tips.
• Practice: a psychedelic sitting session (Psychedelic Medicinal Breathwork) and integration training.

Note:

• During this workshop we will conduct a psychedelic journey process using a medical substance (portion of original description). An alternative is a breathwork session without substances.
• Before attending the workshop, it will be necessary to complete a medical questionnaire.

• Piotr Matejuk — psychedelic therapist, hypnotherapist with 14 years of experience, PhD candidate at the Institute of Psychology PAN, practitioner of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy; collaborates with Daniel McQueen's Center for Medicinal Mindfulness; author of the book "Autohipnoza - Bliskie spotkania z samym sobą".
• Magdalena Gajdzińska — lawyer and hypnotherapist, certified graduate of the Professional School of Hypnotherapy in Warsaw; co-organizer of psychedelic integration workshops; author of the workbook "Integracja Psychodeliczna w praktyce".

Note: This 3-day therapeutic workshop does not grant official qualifications to conduct psychedelic therapy in Poland.
