Dreaming of dancing on stage? Do you love ballet and want to develop your skills in an intimate, artistic ensemble? We invite you to audition for the adult ballet group! Who are we looking for? - Adults (18+) with at least 2 years of experience in classical dance. Pointe work is not required – passion, openness to growth, and willingness to participate in creating performances are what matter most. What do we offer? - 4 hours of weekly classes: classical dance lessons, choreography, and acting workshops - Participation in two full-length performances during the 2025/26 season - Small groups, ensuring an individual approach - Work in a unique space – a historic palace at Grodzka 40 in the heart of Krakow What does the audition look like? - A shortened classical dance lesson - Acting exercises 📅 When: September 16, 2025, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM (the audition will last about 1 hour; for your comfort, it will take place in small groups, and the exact time for each group will be provided before the audition) 📍 Where: Grodzka 40, Krakow 💰 Audition cost: free 💰 Participation cost: 450 PLN/month* *The fee is fixed – regardless of the number of classes in a given month or participant absences. It accounts for statutory holidays and holiday breaks. Schedule for 2025/26: - Group 1: Tuesdays 6:00 PM–8:00 PM (classical), Thursdays 6:00 PM–8:00 PM (choreography and acting) - Group 2: Tuesdays 8:00 PM–10:00 PM (classical), Wednesdays 7:30 PM–9:30 PM (choreography and acting) Instructors: - Marta Nabielec – certified dancer, graduate of the Krakow Ballet School, psychologist. As a soloist of the Terpsychora Dance Theater, she performed roles such as Clara ("The Nutcracker"), the Queen of Hearts ("Alice in Wonderland"), and Belle ("Beauty and the Beast"). She has appeared on stages such as NCK, Variété Theater, ICE Krakow, Ludowy Theater, KTO Theater, and the Krakow Chamber Opera, which entrusted her with the title role in "The Little Mermaid" during the W. Maliszewski Festival. Currently, she also dances in La Folie Retro Cabaret Show. For several years, she has been teaching classical dance to adult enthusiasts. Combining stage and teaching experience, she skillfully guides preparation for performances – focusing on technical precision as well as ensuring movements convey emotions and character. - Agnieszka Stawicka – graduate of the Krakow Ballet School, completed a stage choreography course. She has worked as a director and choreographer at the Terpsychora Dance Theater and as a dancer, including at OFFicyna. On Krakow stages, she directed "Beauty and the Beast," "Alice in Wonderland," and "Coppélia." In her creative work, she emphasizes choreography tailored to dancers – their abilities, skills, and individual expression. - Gabriela Ślusarek – graduate of the Drama acting studio. Instructor of acting and dance classes, director, and dancer at the Terpsychora Dance Theater, as well as a performer in La Folie Retro Cabaret Show. As a teacher, she conducts theater and dance workshops for various age groups, focusing on developing stage expression. She has participated in numerous artistic projects and performances, collaborating with Art Color Ballet and Krakow theaters and museums. How to apply?
