About the event

We invite you to classes to improve mood and physical fitness!



Contrology – that was the original name for Pilates, but later it became established under the name of its founder, Joseph Pilates. Control allows you to combine physical exercises with the mind, which enables performing exercises very well and avoiding injuries and overloads. The combination of fluid movements, breathing, concentration and balance aims to strengthen the muscular corset and develop the deep muscles of the body. Pilates can be both an independent program and an indispensable and pleasant addition to any type and level of training. Exercises are recommended for beginners as well as those who have issues requiring rehabilitation.



Bring: comfortable clothes that do not restrict free movement and an exercise mat.



Important organizational matters:



  • Please first register for the classes and only after the registration is confirmed make the payment.
  • Payments must be made by the 10th day of each month.
  • There is no possibility to pay for classes on site.
  • If you resign from classes, be sure to inform the MAL animators – in person with Iza or Kasia, by phone or by email.
  • If you want to change groups, also contact the MAL animators – depending on group occupancy we will make changes.
  • If you have undergone surgeries or injuries, have contraindications to performing some exercises or are undergoing rehabilitation, be sure to inform us of this before registering!
  • Refunds for classes are made only if they did not take place due to our fault.
  • Any questions about class organization will be answered by Iza or Kasia from Samogłoska. Feel free to contact us!


Duration: 60 minutes
Weekly classes: Wednesday 10:00–11:00
Cost: 120 zł / month / 4 classes
June: 50% price – 60 zł (2 meetings)
Nearest dates: 4, 11, 18, 25 March
Place: MAL Samogłoska, ul. Samogłoska 9A lok. 3, entrance from Balaton street, 1st floor, no elevator



Important! Payment for classes should be made after registering by the 10th day of the given month.

  • cash or card at the BOK Cash Desk, ul. Goldoniego 1. The cash desk is open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 16:00–19:00 and on Tuesdays from 10:00–13:00


Instructor:



Tetiana Nademska – Pilates appeared in my life when for almost 10 years I was involved in health fitness, I was a trainer after graduating from AWF. I felt that I knew almost everything about physical exercises. After the first training I had the impression that for the first time I discovered my body, I felt its integrity and awareness. In Pilates there are no unconscious (inertial) movements.

A conscious body is an effect that can be experienced after discovering the Pilates method, regardless of age, fitness level and the goals we set for ourselves.

The purchase of an ad ticket is made on the website of the official ticket distributor. Keep in mind that if the seats are numbered, and the tickets are disputed by several companies, then each of them provides a different pool of seats to choose from
