The Alumni Association and the Euro-Atlantic Association invite you to a New Year's meeting from the MOZAIKA series – an exchange of experiences.
We return with a particularly timely and inspiring topic that we hope will open a broad discussion and inspire listeners: Leadership of the Future.
Can Europe learn together in times of transformation? Dr. Aleksandra Hirszfeld will talk about the Quantum Collective Wisdom initiative, which asks how Europe can regain the ability to learn together and act wisely in times of crisis, war, rapid developments in artificial intelligence, and deep social transformation. The lecture will reflect on why Europe’s future is not decided only at the level of institutions and strategies, but in the quality of decisions, relationships, and leadership shaped locally, and on how to strengthen Europe’s capacity for values-based leadership with real impact – at the intersection of education, the social sector, and business.
After the talk there will be time for questions and discussion. We encourage everyone to participate actively!
