We invite you to a special place — Jan Sobieski Forest, where among ancient trees you can still feel the spirit of the former Masovian Wilderness.
WHAT IS FOREST BATHING?
It’s not an ordinary walk. It’s a slow, attentive immersion in nature with all the senses. In an atmosphere of voluntary participation and calm, we’ll help you focus on the “here and now”, feel the rhythm of the forest and hear your own needs. It’s a time to disconnect from “everyday life” and give yourself deep relaxation.
- FOREST BATHING WILL BE LED BY:
- Kacper Parzych — certified forest bathing and forest therapy guide of the Institute of Relational Therapy (IER), trainer of the TROP methodology, lover of sailing, nature and good food, long-time mindfulness practitioner.
- Tomek Chmiel — certified forest bathing and forest therapy guide (IER), psychotherapist, group analyst, educator. He has many years of experience working with groups; a lover of nature, photography, forest hiking and wilderness camping.

- Location: Jan Sobieski Forest, Marysin Wawerski (exact meeting point will be sent by email after registration).
- Price: 100 zł/person or 160 zł/2 people (20% discount).
- After purchasing a ticket: on March 6 (Friday) in the evening we will send an email with information about the exact meeting point and tips on how to prepare for the walk.
- Cancellation: You can cancel up to 24 hours before the event starts (07.03.2026, Saturday, 11:00). In case of cancellation we will offer participation on another date or refund the funds.

The event is intended for adults. Places are limited. Registration is open until 06.03.2026 at 22:00 (Friday).

- WHAT TO BRING?
- Layered clothing: thermal underwear, a warm sweater/hoodie and a jacket.
- An additional layer: e.g. a vest (in case of a longer stop).
- Comfortable, waterproof shoes.
- A thermos with a warming drink and optionally a small snack.
- Something to sit on: a mat or insulating pad.
