Group Singing Workshop with the band Morye
The Splot Społeczny Foundation together with the female vocalists of the band Morye invites you to a group singing workshop.
We will jointly seek harmony through group improvisation and draw on traditional songs from various cultures while exploring polyphony.

We will propose vocal projection and breathing exercises designed to reduce tensions and prepare you for singing.
The workshop is an opportunity to get to know yourself better and to feel the special sense of community that comes from meeting others in sounding together.
All singing levels are welcome!

The event takes place as part of the project “Good integration, strong communities. Support for wellbeing and good coexistence in local communities” co-financed from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.
A few words about the leaders:
- Dobromiła: instrumentalist, singer and composer. She co-created the group Sutari, with which she had the opportunity to musically travel around Poland and Europe. Together with the band, in March 2024 she released the album #KołysankiDlaŚwiata. As part of a trio, she collaborated with many groups, including the Ukrainian duet Kurbasy and the group Hańba! As an actress she was part of the Italian Teatro Simurgh and OPT Gardzienice.
- Maria: singer, actress, sound engineer. For 6 years associated with Gardzienice Theatre as an actress and vocalist. She also worked in an international cast with the Italo-Bolivian theatre Simurgh and the Norwegian Stella Polaris. Winner of the Cultural Award of the Lublin Voivodeship for popularizing and promoting culture during International Theatre Day 2024. She also works as a sound engineer — on film sets and in post-production of sound for films and audio series.
