Workshop for Women: AWAKENING VOICES

Intuitive, natural, healthy singing!

Do you want to discover the power of your voice? I invite you to a workshop where you can explore breathing practice and techniques for creating a healthy voice. Do you sometimes struggle to catch your breath in today’s busy world? Do you sometimes have hoarseness even though your health seems fine? Do you sometimes think you don’t have a voice?

I invite you on a journey inward. Conscious, holistic breathing is like a guided meditation: you scan your body, find points of joy, love, breathing. Muscles relax, others build inner strength. Tension releases. Self-massage gives the face, forehead, jaw and eyelids what they need. The voice comes out calmly, massaging organs and muscles with a gentle vibration. You find the song of your heart — hear your voice, fall in love with it!

During the workshop I will play live for you on various instruments. You can also join in intuitive music-making.

I invite you to the cozy room of Klub Muzycznej Karuzeli, created with heart and acceptance; the space invites self-awareness, agency and self-care.

Bring with you:

• very comfortable clothing
• socks for the room
• a water bottle
• optionally a snack if you get hungry quickly

We work in a very small group — this is a unique and deep experience.

I started teaching singing 22 years ago. Pedagogical studies and instructional courses MLT Gordon and studies in Voice and Speech Education gave me technical and didactic foundations. For over 20 years I worked as a teacher, caregiver, manager, lecturer and conductor of children's and adult voices — I care about authenticity and vocal health. I work daily at Klub Muzycznej Karuzeli, in the Foundation and during classes and trainings. Thanks to this experience I know that supporting voice development, relationship-based education and sincere passion are most valuable to me. See you!
