At the workshop:
- Work on body awareness, breathing exercises and relaxation.
- Emission of the white voice: timbre, control, preparation for throat singing.
- Introduction to Tuvan throat singing and overtones.
- Singing songs from around the world; participants are encouraged to bring instruments.
