We enter relationships with the hope that we will be a support and companions on the journey through life. Unfortunately, many couples, after the initial infatuation and love, eventually get stuck in unfavorable patterns of mutual behavior that weaken the sense of trust, security, and cooperation. As a result, the couple experiences less emotional and physical closeness, and it becomes increasingly difficult for partners to enjoy being in a relationship that once provided shelter, excitement, and hope for a good future. This happens because you have been caught in a whirlpool of misunderstandings, unspoken words, silence, or frustration. Our workshop is an opportunity to break free from this exhausting pattern. We offer you an experience where you can learn how to strengthen cooperation, mutual understanding, and security together, allowing you to fully enjoy your relationship and creatively utilize the differences between you. Our workshop is based on the knowledge and methods of the highly effective model of couple therapy: EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples). It was developed and expanded by Dr. Sue Johnson, who is also the author of the workshop's script, based on her book "Hold Me Tight." During the workshop – with the support of the facilitators – you will experience seven conversations that will help you better understand each other, take care of your sense of security, and inspire mutual cooperation for joy and comfort in your relationship. During the meeting, you will gain knowledge about why you are caught in unfavorable patterns. Most importantly, we will present seven conversations that address key areas of your love relationship. Each conversation will be presented, discussed, and you will have the opportunity to engage in it in a safe atmosphere with the support of the facilitators. This will allow you to experience the transformative power of each dialogue. As a result, you will gain knowledge and tools to break out of impasses in difficult moments and collaborate for a relationship that can be a source of support, satisfaction, and happiness. Our workshop is for you if: - You feel that you don't understand each other, and communication used to be easier, - It's difficult for you to spend time together, and you feel lonely, - You feel overwhelmed and lack freedom, - One of you doesn't feel important to the other, - You want to better understand yourselves and each other, - You can't end disputes in a meaningful way, - You are losing emotional connection, - Criticism and exhausting conflicts arise between you, - You lack intimacy and emotional and physical closeness, - You have stopped appreciating what each of you brings to the relationship, - Difficult topics keep recurring in your conversations.
