PERSONAL AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER “HERE AND NOW” IN NOWE KAWKOWO https://www.tuiteraz.eu Invites you from September 12–14, 2025 in Warsaw to a workshop for women 🌱 RETURN TO THE ROOTS FACILITATORS: GRANDMOTHER ARAPATA & MAGDALENA KUROPATWIŃSKA “Your deepest wisdom flows from the roots - where the spiritual connection with Ancestors strengthens your healing gifts.” We invite you to a unique workshop with Grandmother Arapata, an indigenous teacher from the Maori and Samoan lineage, who shares teachings on healing generational trauma. The main theme of her stay in Poland will be our indigenousness and return to our own roots. In our lands, historical processes have often left us feeling a painful sense of forgetfulness, as if we were deprived of some hidden heritage. The intention of all meetings during Grandmother Arapata’s stay in Poland is to bring back the love and wisdom of our own roots. Her knowledge and skills in working with generational trauma are passed down through oral tradition. The old stories about healing experienced trauma are soothing, teaching that releasing even difficult places doesn’t have to hurt. These teachings are 'simple and profound,' 'gentle and powerful,' 'ancient and incredibly timely.' During the workshop, we will share tools and techniques for releasing generational pain through the experience of reconnecting with the power and wisdom of the womb. We will hold space for the return of Wisdom, which establishes a healthy relationship with one’s ancestors. The workshop is very gentle, yet the power of this gentleness can touch the pain of generations. Therefore, we invite women ready for calm, tender work with themselves. This is a time to reconnect with the Ancestors, to bring back the love and wisdom of the roots. My Ancestors, my land. I, indigenous, in the modern world. ⚠️ Attention! If you are currently in a mental health crisis or experiencing intense emotional states, please seek individual therapeutic support, sister, and we will meet at the workshop another time. And if you are pregnant, your womb is hosting one of the most beautiful processes of creation, and it is not advisable to practice passing generational pain through the womb. Wishing you a beautiful creative time, sister, and see you next time. _______________________ FACILITATORS: - GRANDMOTHER ARAPATA & MAGDALENA KUROPATWIŃSKA Arapata comes from a lineage of 72 generations of healers. Her land is Aotearoa, and she belongs to the Ngati Porou tribe, whose stories you may know from the movie “Whale Rider.” From a young age, she was surrounded by strong women whose spiritual, mental, and physical skills are the roots of the teachings she shares in “Sacred Womb.” Arapata continues to teach, warmly thinking of her twenty grandchildren and the world we adults create for ourselves and leave for our children. Magda is a cultural philosopher, translator, and therapist who combines contemporary, scientific approaches to psychosomatic therapy with ancient indigenous tools from oral traditions.
