MENOPAUSE – WISDOM OF BODY AND MIND Menopause is not the end; it is an invitation to change and live in harmony with your body, emotions, and self. This time may evoke a sense of loss and fear. We experience changes on physical, mental, and emotional levels. Therefore, it is important to understand this time, take care of yourself, and prepare for the next 30 years of life and beyond. WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR? - For every woman in the perimenopausal period who wants to: - understand what is happening to her and how to support it - take care of herself physically, emotionally, and spiritually - draw from the wisdom of yoga and psychology - pause and connect with herself and other women with understanding and tenderness ABOUT THE WORKSHOP A meeting that combines Western psychology and the wisdom of Eastern sciences. Menopause is not just a physiological process – it is also a time of changing identity, values, relationships, and life energy. In the safe space of a women's circle, we will explore questions such as: - Who am I if I am no longer "that one"? - How to support the body and emotions during changes? - How to talk to loved ones to build understanding and closeness. The workshop integrates psychological tools for reflection and practices of breathing, hormonal yoga, and meditation. You will learn and experience how to navigate menopause wisely with gentleness, mindfulness, and agency. BODY, MIND, AND ENERGY - HORMONAL YOGA AND RELAXATION - Physical, mental, and emotional symptoms of perimenopause - How does the wisdom of cyclicality and hormonal yoga support this time? - Breathing practices to calm the nervous system and emotions - Self-massage of the breasts and abdomen - Hormonal yoga practice ending with deep relaxation WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE AFTER THE WORKSHOP? - tools for working with emotions - elements of “nonviolent communication” - tools for self-regulation and stress management - breathing exercises, gentle yoga, and self-massage practices to support hormonal changes for everyday use ABOUT US: MAGDALENA DOMINIK-PROWOTOROW Psychologist (SWPS University, clinical specialization), emotional intelligence trainer (IE Expert), crisis consultant (IPTK). Postgraduate studies starting October 2025 – Psychological Diagnosis in Clinical Practice (SWPS). She began her journey with psychology at a mature age, which gives her work particular attentiveness and understanding of others' experiences. She passionately shares knowledge about emotions, relationships, and mental resilience – with children, adolescents, and adults alike. EWA SKRZYPKO Certified Kundalini yoga teacher (Level I and in progress Level II), completed 4 out of 5 modules: stress and vitality, cycles and lifestyles, conscious communication, authentic relationships (Kundalini Research Institute, USA), and hormonal yoga for women (Yoga Alliance). For several years, she has been conducting classes and workshops on breathing, yoga, and meditation, sharing her knowledge and experience. Before starting her conscious path of working with the body and mindfulness, she worked in the corporate environment for over 20 years – which today allows her to better understand the challenges of modern women and combine yoga practice with a daily life full of tensions, responsibilities, and changes.
