Katarzyna Miller is a psychologist, psychotherapist, philosopher, poet, singer, author and co‑author of bestselling books, and a columnist for Zwierciadło magazine. Meetings with her always bring a large dose of positive energy and an opportunity to look at yourself with tenderness. Katarzyna Miller reaches the heart — she helps open it to empathy toward oneself and one’s own feelings.
During this special evening we will talk about whether self‑love comes naturally or must be learned. We will also consider how to stop undermining our own worth and why it is so difficult to believe that we deserve to be loved. We will seek answers to questions such as: what does it really mean to “let yourself be loved” and how to build a love that does not hurt but supports and strengthens? There will also be discussion about boundaries, the courage to speak about needs, and how not to lose yourself while pursuing someone else’s affection.
The meeting is inspired by the new edition of Katarzyna Miller and Joanna Olekszyk’s book Give Yourself to Be Loved, Girl. It will be led by the book’s co‑author and editor‑in‑chief of Zwierciadło magazine, Joanna Olekszyk. On site you will also be able to purchase Katarzyna Miller’s latest publication and other books by her and request a dedication.
