We invite you to a special screening of "Mr. Śliwka's Signs". After the film screening, there will be a meeting with the director duo: Urszula Morga and Bartosz Mikołajczyk. The conversation will be moderated by Michał Oleszczyk. Karol Śliwka was one of those creators who shaped the visual memory of Poles in the second half of the 20th century – not through gallery exhibitions, but through signs that millions of people passed by every day. The film "Mr. Śliwka's Signs" is a portrait of an artist who, with extraordinary modesty and sensitivity, built the aesthetics of everyday life, creating symbols of institutions, brands, and places inscribed in the collective consciousness. Morga and Mikołajczyk's documentary is a journey through archives – both official and private – that come together to tell a story about creativity, generational change, and about a Poland that faded away with the transformation. The film, awarded the Audience Award at the 41st Warsaw Film Festival, is also a moving tribute to applied art and to a man who could combine everyday life with beauty. 🎟️ Tickets available on the website and at the cinema box office The exclusive partner of the cinema is E.ON Polska
