Dear Mom! We warmly invite you to the special workshop "Mom with Baby," created with you and your little one in mind. Motherhood is a beautiful but demanding journey, full of emotions, questions, and dilemmas. How to build a strong, secure bond with your child? How to understand their emotions and cope with your own? And most importantly – how not to forget about yourself in all of this? We invite moms with small children (up to 18 months old) who need to talk, connect, and exercise in a small group. Program includes: - Building a secure bond with your child - Emotions accompanying young moms (coping with difficult emotions) - Taking care of yourself and your mental well-being - Mutual exchange of experiences - Yoga for moms with babies We practice asanas together with our little ones, play a bit (toys are available on-site), calm the nervous system through the sounds of pranayama, Tibetan bowls, bells, etc. We adapt the practice to our babies' needs; if necessary, moms can feed, change, or soothe their babies. 📅 When? She combines yoga exercises with psychosomatics in her daily practice. - Ilona Rajecka – psychotherapist in certification process. She uses techniques such as mindfulness (MBSR) in her work, which help regulate emotions, reduce stress, and improve quality of life.
