Recognizing the enormous potential of dreams is the first step to using them for our development, as well as to a deeper understanding of ourselves, our nature, and the nature of the reality around us. During the seven lectures, by learning the basics of Jungian dream analysis, starting from Sigmund Freud, getting to know the outline of Arnold Mindell's method, and peeking into the mysterious Buddhist thought, we will receive a compendium of knowledge – concepts and tools that will allow us to understand the nature of our dreams. We will create a friendly, comprehensible space for this area of reality, which is usually irrational, unclear, mysterious, and unknown. Together, we will dive into the depths of the psyche, get to know the maps of the unconscious, and receive the key to understanding its potential and age-old wisdom.
