The Circle is a place for men who are looking for space to share their emotions and experiences, as well as seeking support and understanding. Conversations and meetings together can help build bonds, strengthen the sense of belonging, and support the personal development of each participant in the men’s circle. It provides a safe base for a man, especially if he does not have a strong male role model, feels lonely, or functions in a toxic relationship. This is not about coming to complain — the circle offers support, strength, acceptance, self-confidence, improved well-being, as well as agency and the desire to achieve goals.

It is a place where men can regularly and discreetly meet and talk about matters that are difficult to raise among friends, such as:

    • emotions
    • relationships
    • challenges in professional or personal life

It supports the idea of building healthy masculinity based on openness, empathy, and mutual support. In each participant’s story you will hear a piece of your own history and find answers to many questions and doubts. You will receive attention and empathy. Thanks to the circle you will develop as a man and grow as a person. The circle will be led by Piotr, a member of Męski Most.
