#4 Guided Tour of Jazdów Estate with Dominika Dzieniszewska ▲ Social Archive of Jazdów Estate

Join us for a walk around the Jazdów Estate, during which we will explore not only the history of this unique place but also its local ecosystem and neighborhood symbioses. 📅 September 14, 12:00 PM 📍 Meeting point: Finnish House Sołectwo, Jazdów Street 10/5 🎟️ Free admission This will be a story about the community, relationships, plants, and animals that co-create Jazdów – from community gardens and old fruit trees, through local regenerative practices, to the wild vegetation growing between the Finnish houses. Special attention will be given to plants planted by the first residents of Jazdów – employees of the Capital Reconstruction Office and their families. The walk will also be an opportunity to visit the Finnish houses, view archival photographs, recall residents' memories, and learn more about Free Jazdów and the community awarded by the European Commission (Europa Nostra Award) for preserving Europe's cultural heritage, which has been developing this place for 13 years as a space of creative freedom, dialogue, and engagement. We will talk about current projects, initiatives, and how you can become part of this place. 👩‍🏫 Dominika Dzieniszewska - Master of Arts, cultural animator, educator. She collaborates with cultural institutions and non-governmental organizations, creating and implementing projects in ecological education and social participation. Three-time winner of the Warsaw Cultural Education Award. For 9 years, she worked at the Służew Cultural Center, developing the cultural and ecological education department. Today, she is a board member of the Open Jazdów Partnership (Free Jazdów), where she fulfills her dreams of a communal and regenerative village, engaged in establishing the Social Archive of the Jazdów Estate. She is also associated with the Old Town Cultural Center, where she develops and coordinates the Ecological Education Fund in Warsaw and educational activities for cultural staff. Currently studying herbalism and natural phytotherapy. In her free time, she does screen printing. 📢 Organizer: Free Jazdów, an independent estate of Finnish houses.
