Join our recreational boxing classes held in a friendly, training-focused atmosphere. This training is: - for people with no or little experience - focused on movement, technique, and good form - without sparring and without preparation for competitions Who is it for? - people aged 20–45 - residents of Wola and Śródmieście - office workers who want to get active after work - women and men What do we do during training? - learning the basics of boxing technique - general fitness and conditioning training - exercises on bags and pads - improving coordination, strength, and endurance Everything is adapted to the group's level. 📍 Where and when?
