Community Building Workshop with Edward Groody! 🌍 Warsaw, October 17-19, 2025 "There is a longing for peace in the heart. Through the wounds and rejections we have experienced in the past, we fear taking the risk of removing our armor. But there are ways for people to meet again – ways to heal old wounds." – M. Scott Peck ABOUT THE METHOD In a world full of divisions, loneliness, and isolation, building authentic community is an act of courage and love, requiring deep listening. This workshop is not just about learning communication – it is a deep process of discovering the bonds that connect us all at the heart level, beyond the illusions and walls we have built between us. It is a process that changes the perception of being with another person, allowing us to renew the forgotten connection that exists between all of us. Over three days, we will open a space full of trust and acceptance, where we can meet without masks and pretense. The workshop will be led by Edward Groody, founder of Community Building International (CBI) and student of M. Scott Peck, together with a team of experienced facilitators. M. Scott Peck, psychiatrist and author of the best-selling book The Road Less Traveled, devoted his life to studying human nature and relationships. In his book The Different Drum, he described four stages of community building: - Pseudo-community – apparent harmony, where conflicts are avoided - Chaos – emergence of differences, convincing others of one's views, tension - Emptiness – learning to let go of ego and barriers in communication - True community – deep bond, where people are authentic and open to each other Peck believed that true community is the key to world peace. His method has been used for years in organizations, therapeutic groups, and other communities around the world.
