I Gave Birth to Life / Group for Moms with Babies

Support and development group for mothers who recently gave birth.

Come to meetings with your baby — in a comfortable space with cushions and mats you'll meet other mothers in a similar stage of life.

• Have you recently given birth to your first or second child?
• Are you debuting as a mother or learning to be a mom of two?
• Are you intensely experiencing your world turning upside down?
• Has your daily (and nightly) rhythm completely changed and is your body on 24-hour duty?
• Although you are probably a satisfied mother, do you sometimes feel like running away screaming?
• Do you wonder whether what’s happening to you is normal? Is it supposed to be like this?

If you want to draw strength from meetings with mothers with similar experiences — you are welcome. We hope these meetings will help you find yourself after the revolution caused by your baby’s birth, and also get used to and accept your new role.

We will talk about what feels alive and important to you — what moves and puzzles you, and above all observe ourselves in a situation of great change. Meetings are for mothers with children up to 10 months old.

📅 The group runs cyclically and is closed. The cycle includes 11 two-hour meetings. We will meet on Tuesdays from 14:30–16:30.
