You are warmly invited to the support and development group "I Gave Birth to Life." These meetings are for mothers of infants (babies up to 12 months old) — about this very special time, full of joys and difficulties, beautiful and demanding at the same time, when whole lives often change. In the group you can talk about everything you experience as the mother of a small child. You will be welcomed without judgment and without being given “advice.”
There is great power in these weekly gatherings of women who are in a similar life moment — a power much needed in the first months of motherhood (when the first or another child is born).
For 10 weeks we will be together, just like that. That’s as much and as little as it is! I invite you to build a small village of support where everyday motherhood can become easier.

The UŻ Group is a cycle of 10 two-hour meetings in a closed group. Meetings will be held on Mondays in a separate, closed room of the Ptaszyna club-cafe from 11:00–13:00. You can come earlier to prepare the space you and your baby need.

The group starts on January 29, 2026, but if the minimum number of participants is not reached by then, the start may be delayed by 1–2 weeks.

The investment to participate in the support group is 1200 zł. A spot in the group is guaranteed by making a payment to the bank account provided in the registration form.

Moderation:
Julita Księżycka — psychologist, certified doula from the Doula Polska Association, perinatal educator, instructor of the active childbirth school, babywearing consultant, Shantala massage instructor and support group trainer. For years she has supported women and couples in the perinatal period. In her work she focuses on strengthening parents in their own competencies. Privately, she is the mother of three young people.
