During the workshop, we will dive deep into ourselves to stimulate that carefree part that was once creative and unrestricted. Together, we will create from the depths of ourselves. The workshop will combine agency and creation through the practice of yoga and painting. I will lead a unique workshop for you, focused on what was once closed off. I will help you, through breath, meditation, and yoga, reach a place where you feel safe and free—free to express who you are without limitations, free to create your artistic work, to use your imagination and all colors without fear, without judgment, with great pleasure, and with the feeling that you are that joyful and free child, unrestricted in creative play. 📍 The workshop will take place in old Żoliborz, at Felińskiego Street 24. We meet at 2:00 PM. 🗓️ Our schedule: - 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Meditation and breathwork to guide your mind toward connecting with your creative and carefree self. - 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Yoga practice supporting the creative process. You will learn that every movement you make is connected to subsequent actions. This practice will prepare you to create your portrait. - 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Time to create your portrait and discuss the works. 💰 Cost: 280 PLN (100 PLN payable two weeks before the workshop, the rest on-site).
