Wilcza 28, apt. 21 in Warsaw. The training will be led by Ms. Agata Kołodziejczyk-Stryjek. Who is it for? The training is intended for professionals who support others: psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, educators, and all those who work in helping relationships. What is the training? Interpersonal training is a deep developmental process. It is an intensive group experience during which participants engage in direct interactions, getting to know their own ways of reacting to others and learning how others react to them. It serves to deepen awareness of one's own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, to better understand oneself and others, and to experiment with new, more beneficial ways of connecting. During the training: - You will deepen your awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in relationships with others, - You will better understand your own communication style and how you are perceived by others, - You will learn to recognize mechanisms that hinder or support building contact, - You will gain greater flexibility in responding to difficult interpersonal situations, - You will experience how your attitudes and way of being affect the atmosphere and dynamics of the group, - You will have the opportunity to experiment with new forms of self-expression in a safe environment, - You will strengthen your interpersonal competencies and develop skills useful in helping work, such as empathy, mindfulness, authenticity, and openness. What does group work look like? The training takes place in a fixed, closed group, which over time becomes an important source of support, a mirror, and a resource. The training is conducted without exercises, non-directively, based on the group process. Participants work based on experiences from the "here and now," learning to observe their emotions and reactions in contact with others. This aspect of the work is particularly important because participants share feedback, their own observations, and support with each other. This not only deepens the process of insight but also allows you to look at yourself from new perspectives, to learn how you are perceived by others, which can be both moving and constructive.
