Tadeusz Lehr-Spławiński Scientific Circle of Slavists at the Institute of Slavic Philology, Jagiellonian University, invites you to the International Student and PhD Student Scientific Conference “De Feminis Slavicis: Women in West and South Slavic Cultures”. The conference is interdisciplinary; presentations may cover linguistics, literature studies, culture, history, ethnography and social studies.

Invited: students and PhD students interested in womanhood, representation of women, and gender-related aspects of culture, literature, language and history in the West and South Slavic area. The goal is to present research outcomes, exchange experiences in an international environment, and deepen knowledge about the complexity and diversity of women’s identities and social roles.
