The northern section of Mokotowska with the best-preserved old buildings – 19th-century tenement houses and rental and cooperative houses from the interwar period. Piłsudski used to stop here, Kraszewski and Chałubiński lived here, and later their palace hosted the first student club in the People's Republic of Poland.
