We invite you to the conference “10 years of ADR at the Financial Ombudsman”.
We will discuss out‑of‑court dispute resolution with practitioners, representatives of academia, the market and consumer protection institutions.
During the conference we will, for the first time, present awards to entities supportive of out‑of‑court dispute resolution. Three panels devoted to the development, perspectives and challenges of applying alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Poland and worldwide await you. We will also talk about the amicable approach to dispute resolution as part of a risk management strategy in business activity. The final part of the conference will be the gala awarding distinctions to entities friendly to out‑of‑court dispute resolution.
