“we walk for health!” is a new Facebook group created for those who want to take care of their health and wellbeing… by walking!
Our walks are open to everyone – regardless of age or fitness. All you need are comfortable shoes and the willingness to leave the house. There will be surprises, inspiring conversations and attention to wellbeing in a natural setting.
You don’t have to train or count steps. Just come and walk with us.
When:
Sunday, 9:15 AM (we walk every Sunday; we started on May 17, 2025)
Where:
Bródno Forest (Warsaw, Bródno). We meet at the main gate to the forest from Ludwik Kondratowicz Street.

Power Walk is more than a walk. It’s a way to build community, take care of health and creativity, and find a moment for yourself – without screens, without rush.
The initiative was created as part of Power Walk – a podcast on the move about health, created by Olympic sailing champion Mateusz Kusznierewicz.
Participation in the walk is free. However, please click 'going' for this event. Running late? Write about it in the event – we will wait for you.
Everyone is welcome, including walkers with four-legged friends and people practicing Nordic walking and other activities.
