Do you like walking? Want to meet people who also believe that a walk is the start of positive change? Join us!
“let's walk for health!” is a new Facebook group created for those who want to care for their health and well-being… by walking!
Our walks are open to everyone – regardless of age or fitness. Just bring comfortable shoes and the willingness to get out of the house. Expect surprises, inspiring conversations, and caring for your well-being in a natural setting!
You don't need to train or count steps. Just come and… walk with us!

What to expect:
- A walk at a calm pace (about 4 km) – for everyone, regardless of fitness
- Time for conversations, sharing experiences and simply being together offline
- Finish at a nearby café – if you have time, stay for a coffee together

Warsaw Bielany – an inspiring walk is free, recurring walks organized over a distance of about 4 km. We started on May 17, 2025 and we walk every Sunday at 9:15 AM.
The initiative was created as part of Power Walk – a podcast on the move about health, created by Olympic sailing champion Mateusz Kusznierewicz.
Participation in the walk is free. However, please click “going” on this event. Running late? Write about it in the event - we'll wait for you.
