Warsaw Billiard League is a series of tournaments created for billiard enthusiasts who value sports competition in a friendly and cultural environment. Matches take place at Shooters club at Powsińska 44 in Warsaw, which provides comfortable playing conditions and professional equipment. The league is aimed at both experienced players and those who want to test themselves in regular tournaments with an established format. Participants will compete in three billiard variants – 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball across 3 leagues – allowing for a comprehensive assessment of skills and player development. Meetings are held according to a pre-established schedule, and the scoring system and playoff phase ensure an exciting season. Prizes funded by the Shooters store and league partners provide additional motivation to participate. The goal of the Warsaw Billiard League is not only to promote billiards as a sport but also to integrate the player community in the capital. Thanks to regular meetings and an open format, the league creates a space for making new connections, sharing experiences, and building a local billiard community. 📅 Warsaw Billiard League Regulations: 1. Organizers: - Black Ball Events company - They Foundation - Shooters billiard club 2. Venue and date: - League matches are played exclusively at Shooters club – Powsińska 44, Warsaw. - The league edition lasts 3 calendar months (October – December 2025). If necessary, the organizer may extend the season by a maximum of one month. - The tournament schedule will be published on the organizer's website and/or social media. 3. Tournament system: - In the autumn edition, three leagues are planned: - I league – 10 people - II league – 10 people - III league – open league - Player allocation to leagues is determined by the summer edition classification. - The organizer provides 2 wild cards for I league at a cost of 500 PLN each. - The top 4 players after the regular round advance to the playoff phase. 4. Participation conditions: - Any player can participate in the league who: - Pays an entry fee of 120 PLN (one-time before the season starts). - Accepts the regulations and fills out the application form available at: https://black-ball.eu/wydarzenia/warszawska-liga-bilardowa by 30.09.2025, 9:00 PM. 5. Match organization: - Players arrange matches themselves within designated rounds. - Matches are refereed by the players themselves. In case of disputes, contact the league coordinator. - After the match, the host is obliged to report the result in the online form within 12 hours. 6. Fees: - League entry fee: 120 PLN (one-time before the season starts). - Match fee: 30 PLN per person for each match, regardless of its duration. 7. Prizes: - The league winner receives the title of Warsaw Billiard League Champion and exemption from the entry fee in the next edition. - Cash and material prizes funded by the Shooters store and league partners. 8. Final provisions: - In matters not regulated by these regulations, decisions are made by the organizer. - Participation in the tournament implies acceptance of the regulations and consent to the processing of image and personal data for organizational and marketing purposes.
