2 384 800... a number, a figure, an amount? How much is a human life worth? Can it be converted into money? The world has gone mad. Or is it just a bad dream?
A moving and beautiful production directed by Magdalena Golla, in which the dancers creatively give a part of themselves.
"2 384 800" is the latest production by AFERA Dance Theatre, where movement becomes a voice in the discussion about a difficult and still unresolved issue of the modern world – the trade in human organs. Each etude is a personal thought, woven into a unique whole maintained in the convention of contemporary dance. Carefully selected music and an emotionally charged choreography create an extraordinary atmosphere that moves and inspires the viewer to their own reflections. "2 384 800" is a theatrical experiment in which young artists share their strength and tenderness.
