On Saturday, January 24, 2026, two days after the 149th anniversary of Bolesław Leśmian's birth, we invite you to a walk in the footsteps of the poet. This extraordinary creator was born and died in Warsaw, and was connected to the capital even during periods when he lived in other cities. During the walk, we will talk about his life and work, his relationships with women, and male friendships. We will visit places where he lived, frequented, and met with friends. Of course, there will be extensive excerpts from his works, anecdotes, and memories. ✨ Date: January 24, 2026 (Saturday) ⏰ Time: 12:00 📍 Meeting point: ul. Marszałkowska 140 (midway through the building, by Dreptak Białoszewskiego) The walk will last about 2 hours. Organizer – Salon Literacki Association The walk will be led by Dorota Ryst – poet, cultural animator, who has been exploring literary trails in Warsaw (and beyond) for many years The walk is not ticketed, but if someone feels the guide deserves a tip, it will be very appreciated.
