The group is dedicated to adults with intellectual disabilities (24+) The goal of the meetings is to create a space for people with disabilities to exchange thoughts, experiences, and provide mutual support. During our meetings, we will develop: - emotional awareness related to feelings, needs, personal boundaries, our resources, and limitations; - social awareness, which is connected to building and developing valuable – good relationships; - awareness of being an adult with intellectual disabilities, related to knowing one's strengths and limitations, rights, responsibilities, etc. The therapy is conducted in accordance with the ART-TES® program. 📅 Date: Thursdays: 18:45-20:00 👥 Number of people in the group: approx. 8-12 📅 Classes start on September 25, 2025 📍 Address: Poradnia Punkt, ul.
