Kinoteka Is a Woman. Costume Portrait — a women's film series.
After the enthusiastic reception of the first edition, the second edition planned from February 2026 will transport viewers into the world of costume films full of elegance, passion and nostalgia.
This is an encounter with exceptional cinema that reminds us that feminine strength can go hand in hand with sensitivity. Heroines of costume films – from “Sense and Sensibility” to “The Color Purple” – will show courage in breaking conventions and expressing their own views.
The spotlight will be on actresses such as Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet, Winona Ryder, Michelle Pfeiffer, Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson and Whoopi Goldberg.
Tickets and detailed information available on the Kinoteka website.
