UNEXPECTED FILMS | Hitchcock | Antonioni | Bergman | Fellini | Kieślowski | Seniors' Club
In the 2025/2026 season the Seniors' Club of the National Film Archive – Audiovisual Institute invites not only seniors to the Iluzjon cinema for a series of screenings called “Unexpected Films”. Unexpected how? Certainly unconventional, but not hermetic — films that intrigue successive generations of cinephiles with mysterious plot knots and surprising artistic solutions. All screenings are acclaimed masterpieces directed by masters of cinema: Antonioni, Bergman, Fellini, Hitchcock, Kieślowski and Weir.
Lectures and discussions will be led by film scholar Andrzej Bukowiecki.
