If so, know that you can take a break from this rush, you can breathe and nourish yourself with your own presence, with gentleness and kindness towards what you encounter. Because when you consciously pause, you gain time to experience life fully. I warmly invite you to the December Circle of Being – a space where you can step off the speeding train of everyday life for a moment. We will meet to: - connect with the body and breath, - experience simple mindfulness practices, - be with ourselves and others in an atmosphere of acceptance, - share (if you wish) what you are entering winter and the end of the year with. This is not a workshop or a lecture. It is gentle being, shared presence, and a space without judgment, without pressure, without "I must." You also don't need experience in mindfulness practice to participate in the meeting. I invite you with whatever is alive in you – fatigue, joy, chaos, calm.
