Learn the secrets of judging? Be able to IDENTIFY flaws and advantages in beer? We invite you to participate in a professional sensory course based on samples prepared using FlavorActiV™ kits and led by Dawid Kulbicki – an experienced certified PSPD and BJCP judge, who has judged at many international beer competitions. Course participants develop skills to detect aromas and flavors in beer with both positive and negative characteristics. Each sensory feature will be explored using samples of both light and dark beer. The samples showcase isolated characteristic aromas and flavors most commonly found in homebrewed and commercial beers.
