The classes last 75 minutes and are open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. 🧘 HEALTHY SPINE YOGA - This is a series of exercises based on yoga poses (asanas) for people who want to take special care of their spine, reduce pain in this area (or prevent it from occurring), and learn how to maintain proper posture. The training aims to strengthen postural muscles and prevent degenerative changes in the spine. It will also be useful for people already dealing with various dysfunctions such as deepened lumbar lordosis, deepened thoracic kyphosis, general "stiffness," etc. You will learn how to exercise in a way that does not harm you but rather improves your health.
