Presented from the perspective of a TV reporter, the story of two bakers who disappeared is a reflection on work that gives a fleeting sense of usefulness and just as quickly takes away dignity. The artisan bakery, where long lines form for bread costing 30 PLN, turns out to be a place not immune to capitalist mechanisms. But should it be surprising that a glowing neon with a pretty name does not necessarily mean compliance with labor laws? Or perhaps socially conscious owners have blurred the real image of sleepless physical labor? And above all, how can rebellion function in a place smelling of bread? - Songs of Polish Bakers by Mariusz Gołosz - Directed by: Ewa Galica, Piotr Polak - Dramaturgy: Mariusz Gołosz - Video: Sefa Sagir - Lighting design: Sefa Sagir, Andrzej Michalski - Set design: Jędrzej Hechłacz - Costumes: Aleksandra Harasimowicz - Cast: Ewelina Pankowska, Piotr Polak, Jan Sobolewski, Michał Surówka - and ► the theatre ensemble
