    🧒
    A meeting for preschool children

    • Magdalena Este – host of the meeting, piano, vocals
    • Bartek Łęczycki – harmonica

The harmonica is an instrument that fits in a pocket and works just as well at a campfire as in large concert halls. It has a distinctive sound that cannot be confused with other instruments. One of the most beautiful jazz pieces, “Bluesette,” was composed by harmonica player and guitarist “Toots” Thielemans.

Magdalena Este – singer, pianist, composer. She values music’s extraordinary ability to bring people together and likes to share her passion and love of music with others. Her greatest achievement in education is heading the vocal department at Vijaybhoomi University in India. She also has experience working with children, including leading music workshops and participating in children’s theatre productions; she has run music classes in kindergartens and primary schools. Co-author of the Jazz for Children Quartet project. She leads the original Magdalena Este Trio combining jazz with poetry, and is a member of Bogdan Hołownia’s band, with whom she recorded her latest album.

Bartek Łęczycki – one of the most versatile harmonica players in Europe. Repeatedly recognized as the best harmonica player in Poland. He received two platinum records for the albums Maleńczuk & Waglewski “Koledzy” and Waglewski Fisz Emade “Męska Muzyka.” A leading educator and popularizer of the harmonica in our country. Each year he runs about 30 music workshops and plays around 100 concerts in Poland and abroad.
