The document is prepared in both Polish and English, and upon request, also in other languages. For whom: - people without experience who want to start working in a café; - people with basic barista skills; - people with basic knowledge about the coffee fruit who want to expand their knowledge with practical skills. Goal: - comprehensive preparation for working in a café; - obtaining information about the cultivation of the coffee fruit - green bean, - learning to prepare black coffees using pour-over methods, i.e. drip, chemex, aeropress, etc.; - mastering 3 basic patterns on coffee, i.e. heart, rosette, tulip - latte art technique; - gaining knowledge about proper sales in the HoReCa segment - sales techniques. Advantages: The Barista Course organized by our school includes not only learning how to prepare coffee drinks, but also mastering sales techniques. Each participant is therefore thoroughly trained and ready to work in a professional café.
