The training is aimed at the HORECA sector and anyone for whom managing a team in an increasingly intercultural work environment is a challenge. The workshops are addressed to managers, team leaders, and hospitality staff who have direct contact with guests.
About the training
The intercultural training is intended for hospitality teams working in culturally diverse environments – both in relations with guests and within team cooperation. Participants will learn practical tools to support communication, build relationships, and effectively manage cultural diversity in daily work.

To strengthen intercultural competencies that support good communication, professional guest service, and effective collaboration in hospitality teams.

Participants will better understand cultural differences, be able to respond with greater awareness and flexibility, and cooperate more effectively within teams and with guests from different countries.

A translator (sworn translations – French; general translations – Italian, English, Russian), intercultural and anti-discrimination trainer, facilitator and local education coordinator at the Local Tourist Organization LOT Nad Bugiem.
Instructor - Dr. Bogdan Gałązka
Chef and restaurateur, food historian specializing in historical reconstructions of medieval and late Renaissance cuisine. For thirteen years he was co-owner of the Gothic Restaurant located in Malbork Castle. He currently runs Stolica Café in the Kinoteatr Iluzjon space, the seat of the National Film Archive in Warsaw. Winner of the Traditional Cuisine Chef of the Year 2019 award granted by Gault & Millau Polska. Author of academic and popular science articles and three cookbooks.
