Wolny Jazdów Guided Tours

We invite you to the spring edition of walks through the most picturesque community village. Wolny Jazdów – an independent colony of historic Finnish houses. A place of calm and creative freedom, protected and developed since 2011 by non-governmental organizations and the local community.

• We will enter the mysterious community gardens and the wooden Finnish houses.
• We will visit the chickens and the urban apiary.
• We will present the diverse activities of Wolny Jazdów and the individual organizations operating in the settlement.
• We will view archival photographs taken over the 80 years of the settlement's existence.
• We will tell you about current projects and initiatives and how you can obtain Wolny Jazdów citizenship and what it involves.
• We will answer pressing questions, especially those related to the future of the settlement, ongoing renovations and opportunities to co-create this place.
• At the end, for those who wish, we will sit in a cozy hut and drink warming infusions made from local herbs.

Meeting point: at 12:00 by the Finnish house Sołectwo, ul. Jazdów 10/5 (the house closest to the German Embassy).

Participation: Participation in the walks is free, but on site you can make a voluntary donation for the protection and development of Wolny Jazdów.

Note: Cars are not allowed in Wolny Jazdów — please come by bike or on foot. Cars without identification may be towed by the City Guard.

• 22 March — guided by Tosia Wasążnik.
• 12 April — guided by Jula Kondratowicz. That day there will also be an opportunity to visit the Wolny Jazdów Office and submit a citizenship application.
• 26 April — guided by Wika Karczewska.
