The sessions aim to find your own personal sound and to learn how to produce voice without effort, in an atmosphere of kind and warm support. The workshop is intended both for beginners and for vocalists, actors, teachers, and people for whom a clear and resonant voice is important in their work. - Work with breath, imagination, feelings and the body - Learning voice emission and techniques of voice control - Discovering your individuality and expression through sound - Work on relaxation, self-acceptance and reducing stage fright - Using the voice as a tool for communication and stress work - mindful being here and now - connecting thought, feeling, word and action - working in relaxation - acceptance of self and others - contact with your own feelings and sense of self-worth - coping with stress - learning Olga Szwajgier’s voice work method - voice emission and voice operation techniques - fundamental sound; sound and diction using the whole instrument that is the human being - overcoming stage fright; relaxation and work with imagination - voice as a communication tool and the healing role of sound About the instructor: Olga Szwajgier — a well-known soprano, author of an original voice-working method, pedagogue (Higher School of Theatre in Kraków and Internationale Akademie für Neue Musik in Schwaz, Austria). Her achievements include numerous premieres, performances at international festivals and recordings. She runs the Voice Lab based in Kraków. Date: 21–22 February 2026 Hours: Saturday 11:00–18:00, Sunday 10:00–16:00 Workshop fee: 650 PLN Location: Warsaw Note: Accommodation and meals are organized by participants themselves. After receiving an email confirming placement on the list, please pay the deposit within a week to the centre's account. 3. Failure to pay the deposit within 7 days will cancel the reservation. Please do not transfer money before email confirmation. 4. Deposit: 150 PLN — please transfer to the account of the Tu i Teraz Centre with name and description: "zaliczka za warsztat O. Szwajgier 21-22.II.2026". 5. The deposit is refundable no later than 30 days before the start of the workshop; upon refund the centre deducts 20 PLN for administrative fees. The deposit cannot be transferred to another workshop. 6. If you need a VAT invoice, please inform us and provide NIP when paying the deposit; otherwise the invoice cannot be issued. The invoice will be issued no later than the last day of the month in which the workshop ended. 7. The remainder of the payment is accepted only in cash just before the workshop, upon arrival. 8. The workshop is an original programme; the instructor may introduce minor changes depending on the group's process. 9. In case of resignation during the course, the workshop fee will not be refunded.
