About the event

Men's Circle The circle is a meeting during which each participant gets time to speak. We talk about what has recently moved us or caused us difficulties. We share the emotions we are experiencing, successes, and changes we observe in ourselves. We give each other attention and support. We do not interrupt or give advice. Together, we agree on the rules of the circle, which are meant to help us feel safe. The circle is not a therapy group. Each participant takes responsibility for their own words and emotions. Together, we ensure the smooth flow of the meeting. The circle provides an opportunity to meet other men, experience emotional closeness, and feel a sense of belonging. Additionally, in the circle, we learn to listen, name and express emotions, and give and receive support.
