This is a safe and supportive space where you can openly express your feelings, share experiences, listen to other men, and support each other in an atmosphere full of respect and trust. Meetings are free of charge. We start with a traditional circle, where each participant has time to share their thoughts. This is a time for authenticity and listening. You can present your challenges and receive support from the group – in the spirit of understanding and solidarity. The closed format after the initial meetings allows us to build trust and deeper relationships within the group, making our conversations more meaningful.
