We start with a traditional circle, where each participant has time to share their thoughts. This is a time for authenticity and listening. You can present your challenges and receive support from the group – in the spirit of understanding and solidarity. The closed format after the initial meetings allows us to build trust and deeper relationships within the group, making our conversations more meaningful.
