The circle is a safe haven where everyone can express themselves and be truly heard. A place where, with mindfulness, empathy, and without judgment, we listen to others, giving them space for authentic self-expression. You can come to the circle to share stories from your life, talk about something you're struggling with, or what feels alive within you right now. You can also come and say nothing at all. Empathetic circles are a response to the human need for belonging, realized in a safe form.
