New Year's Eve and New Year's practice with breath at Yogamudra with Ania Ekielska We invite you to a yoga-meditative farewell to the old year and a unique meeting with the New Year 2026. So that we can say goodbye to what is leaving and welcome what is coming with openness and calm. Our guide during this meeting will be the breath, which has the power to bring us into the here and now. It is the breath that allows us to find peace in the midst of a storm. During the intense holiday and New Year's Eve period, thanks to breath, asanas, and meditation, we will find space for a calm, reflective, silent, and meditative entry into the new cycle. Workshop plan: - 21:00 – 22:30 Asana practice “Asana is body positions that we arrange around the breath.” We will try to arrange our bodies in a gentle sequence of asanas around the breath. We will see what it is like when the breath leads our practice on the mat. - 22:30 – 23:30 Shared celebration Each person brings a vegetarian treat to the communal table. Alcohol-free meeting. - 23:30 – 00:30 (YES!!!) Meditation practice 3 rounds of breath meditation, separated by short walking meditation. - 00:30 - 2:00 New Year's joy Conversations, reflections, stories, being together, art therapy exercises. The workshop is for people at all levels of yoga and meditation practice, including beginners. Ania Ekielska - yoga teacher and art therapist invites you: “I welcomed the beginning of 2025 in silence, on a meditation cushion. It was an extraordinary experience, in the midst of the madness and noise of New Year's Eve, to just sit and breathe. We will see what it is like when the breath leads our practice on the meditation cushion while New Year's Eve fireworks explode around.” ✨ Cost: 190 PLN. ✨ You can participate only in the second, meditative part of the meeting (from 22:30) for free or with any donation. “Breathing in, I calm myself. Breathing out, I feel at ease. Breathing in, I smile. Breathing out, I release. Breathing in, I dwell in the present moment. Breathing out, I feel it is a wonderful moment.” Thich Nhat Hanh 📧 Registration: info@yogamudra.pl and via the form on the website.
