Our meetings are an excellent opportunity to improve concentration, increase vitality and feel better in everyday life. Classes are adapted for seniors who want to care for their physical and mental health. In an atmosphere of calm and relaxation we will discover together how important self‑care is at every stage of life.
What we offer:
The classes are gentle, adapted to seniors’ abilities and require no prior preparation. You can come for the first time or return regularly; each meeting is different and valuable in itself. The most important thing is being together and taking a moment for yourself.
