Women's Circle Over Tea

Place: MAL Grójecka 109
Date: March 11, 2026
Time: 17:00-20:00
Registration: mal@oko.com.pl

We invite you to a Circle born from the need for a safe space where every Woman can feel accepted. Together we build a space where you can feel support and understanding.

What is the Women's Circle? It's a form of meeting that supports a sense of community and belonging and allows for a feeling of equality despite differences. Here every story is important, worth listening to, and not judged. Our Circle operates in an open format — you can join at any time and you don't have to attend every meeting.

What to expect?

  • the opportunity to speak freely and be heard
  • hearing and learning other Women's stories
  • no judging or evaluating
  • a sense of community with other Women

What won't you find here?

  • problem-solving or “good advice”
  • deep transformative processes
  • psychotherapy, 1on1 support, coaching
  • esoteric threads

What does a meeting look like?

We begin with an opening Circle, where we introduce ourselves and you can say what you are coming with and what you expect. Then we move to a free conversation part — it may relate to what was raised in the opening, to a topic prepared for the meeting, be guided by questions from the space-holder, or flow with the group's dynamic. You can speak or remain silent and participate by listening. We finish with a closing Circle, which is a place to look at how you feel now, what you take away and what you leave behind. We encourage bringing your favorite teas or using those available on site and preparing your drink in a cup in our kitchen. We meet once a month.

Circle guidelines:

  • we speak about our own experiences from the “I” perspective
  • we do not interrupt or disturb
  • one person speaks at a time
  • we do not give advice or look for solutions
  • confidentiality: we ask that topics raised in the Circle remain in the Circle
  • you may speak or be silent — there is no obligation
  • we respect each other, even if we disagree
  • everyone is responsible for themselves

IMPORTANT:

  • Meetings are intended for adults.
  • Socially difficult topics may be raised during them.
  • Circles are NOT a form of psychotherapy and cannot replace it.

About the facilitator:

Sara Małgorzata Bis — a graduate of social communication studies, a beginning coach, and after hours also an experienced tarot reader. A regular attendee and volunteer at MAL Grójecka for over a year. I am a participant, and currently also an organizer of the Circles. I find fulfillment in creating spaces of safety and mutual trust where others can and want to develop. I wanted a Circle that could be perceived as safe for Women regardless of their culture, religion or views, so I try to keep it free of esoteric or spiritual trappings.

All activities at MAL Grójecka 109 are free of charge. With us you can use the restroom, fill a water bottle, charge your phone, simply rest, or even come with your pet.

MAL Grójecka 109 is accessible for people using wheelchairs. We have a changing table and a high chair for feeding a child.

Opening hours:
Monday 15:00-20:00; Tuesday–Friday 12:00-20:00; selected weekends.
